You can use the services of an Airport Guide whose job is to make your stay at the airport run smoothly. They can take you to where you need to go, help you find the right terminal, simply keep you company or help you navigate the expansive and varied sections of the airport.
A business Center provides a quite place to concentrate on your business dealings and to finish off any last minute arrangements. In the business center you will find facilities like a fax machine, copy machine, cell phone recharging points, printers, local telephone service, Internet access and personal work stations. If you have a long wait for your flight there is a hotel-like leisure area with single rooms, standard rooms and hotel-like services where you can relax. In Terminal 1 and 2 there are rest rooms for “honorable guests” and BGS rest rooms for “first business class”. There is a Gotone Club of China Mobile, China Unicorn Time and Phoenix rest room. In Terminal 3 there is the Style 1 hotel-like lounge west of the public space in the Arrival Lounge on the 2nd floor of T3-C. Style 2 offers complete hotel services on an hourly rate. There is a small conference area, business leisure service, multimedia and reading area, coffee bar, foot care area, massage, bath and salon services. The airport post office offers mailing services of letters and packages; they sell telephone cards, IP cards, mobile rechargeable cards and newspapers. The post office is located in Terminal 2 opposite Gate #2 of the Departure Hall and in Terminal 3 east of the hall on F1. They are open from 7am to 8pm.
Bank services are available for a number of bank transactions including credit card services, traveler’s checks, currency exchange and to handle domestic drafts. Banks are available at Terminal 3 where there are several banks represented and in all terminals you will find ATMs and currency exchange services.
If you need to change from your travel clothes into business clothes, or the opposite, you can use one of the dressing rooms in the Luggage Claim Lobby. Terminal 1 – west of the Luggage Claim Hall in the Quarantine Area on the 1st floor; Terminal 2 east of carousel #14 in the Luggage Claim Hall near carousel #4 in the International Luggage Claim Hall and in Terminal 3 south of T3-C east Luggage Claim Hall, west Luggage Claim Hall and International Claim Hall.
Throughout the airport and near each gate there are public telephones which can also send and receive emails. IC cards are on sale near the machines and in several stores in Terminal 3.
